NEW for GROUPS : CULINARY WORKSHOP : MAKING PINXTOS (TAPAS) 

Prepare yourself your own pintxos you will eat during the meal TXOTX.

Create an event for your group: Introduce the secrets of Basque cuisine by an original experience: making pintxos (tapas) with our Basque chef Amaïa.
The experience continues with pintxos tasting, followed by the TXOTX meal, the most beautiful rituals of the Basque gastronomie.

 

 

Program from 11am to 3 pm :

 


Welcoming
 Design of pintxos by participants (make 5 pintxos) guided by the chef.

Introduction of the Txotx in the cellar, with special comments
Tasting of your pintxos previously prepared, before trying the typical TXOTX:
  -750g Txuleta-grilled over charcoal  served for 3 people (250g/personne),                    potatoes, piquillos
  -Sheep cheese, apple paste, nuts.
  -Unlimited Apple Juice and Sagarno.
  -Coffee
  -Taste homemade liqueurs: manzana verde and Patxaka
The guests leave with their recipe book.

Optionally a personalised cooking apron.
