Our room can welcome up to 200 people in a setting combining modernity and tradition.

You can enjoy your Txotx meal sitting or standing, as you prefer.

During summer the room is naturally cooled because it is located against the cellar containing the Sagarno. During winter a heater allows to enjoy fully the friendly atmosphere.

The grills are made right in front of your eyes and you will hear the crackle of salt on the embers of the fire. Cooking on oak woodfire perfumes the meat which will be grilled on the outside and rare in the inside exactly as we like it in the Basque country. 


The "Maître de Chai" will call you every 5 minutes to taste the txotx of the kupelas. You will also have free access to two barrels opened in the room.

All our facilities are fully equipped for disabled persons.
